Cooling Module (G2308097): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Care must be taken not to damage the component.

    With assistance, install the cooling module.

  2. Connect the 3 left coolant hoses.
  3. Connect the 3 right coolant hoses.
    • Install the new seals.

      Renew Part: Condensor to high pressure line O-ring seal Quantity: 2 . 

    • Connect the Air Conditioning (A/C) pipes.
    • Install and tighten the 2 nuts.

      Torque  : 24 Nm 

  5. Connect the cooling fan electrical connector.
  6. Install the hood latch panel.

    Refer to: HOOD LATCH PANEL .

  7. Install the coolant pump.

    Refer to: COOLANT PUMP - CHARGE AIR COOLER .

  8. Vacuum fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

  9. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .

  10. Recharge the A/C system.

    Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING .
