Coolant Expansion Tank (G2300790): Installation

  1. NOTE: Only do this step if previously removed.

    Install the coolant expansion tank level sensor.

  2. Install the coolant expansion tank.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Connect the coolant hose.
    • Connect the 2 coolant pipes.
    • Install the coolant expansion tank mounting bracket bolt.

      Torque  : 4.1 Nm 

  4. Fill the coolant expansion tank to the 'MAX' level mark.
  5. CAUTION: Correct installation of the coolant expansion tank cap can be obtained by tightening the cap until three audible clicks have been heard

    Install the coolant expansion tank filler cap.
