Engine Wiring Harness - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol, Vehicles With: Non-Electric Vehicles (G2320465): Installation

Install the engine wiring harness.
- Install and tighten the wiring harness bracket bolt.
  Torque : 9 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector to the Camshaft Position Sensor (CMP).
- Connect the electrical connector to the oil pressure and temperature sensor.
- Connect the electrical connector to the cylinder head temperature sensor.
- Install the electrical connector clip.
- Install a new O-ring seal to the coolant hose assembly.
  Renew Part: Engine coolant bypass hose O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the coolant hose.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
- Install the coolant hose clamp.
Install the engine upper support insulator.
Refer to: POWERTRAIN UPPER SUPPORT INSULATOR .
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the Heated Oxygen Sensors (HO2S).
- Install the 3 wiring harness clips.
- Install the front heatshield.
- Connect the electrical connector to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the main wiring harness.
- Fully tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 5 Nm
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Install the wiring harness grommet.
- Install the wiring harness bracket clip.
Install the cowl panel.
Refer to: COWL PANEL .
- Connect the electrical connector to the Power Transfer Unit (PTU) wiring harness.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the transmission.
- Install the 2 wiring harness clips.
Install the startup battery tray.
Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY TRAY .
- Connect the electrical connector to the turbocharger.
- Connect the electrical connector to the Gasoline Particulate Filter (GPF) pressure sensor.
- Install the charge air pipe.
- Install the 2 clips.
- Install and tighten the nut and the bolt.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the 2 coolant hoses to the clip.
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) solenoids.
- Install the 2 wiring harness clips.
- Install the wiring harness bracket clip.
Install the air filter housing outlet pipe.
Refer to: AIR FILTER HOUSING OUTLET PIPE .
Install the air filter housing.
Refer to: AIR FILTER HOUSING .
- Connect the 4 electrical connectors to the ignition coils.
- Connect the electrical connector to the fuel injector wiring harness.
- Connect the electrical connector to the fuel rail.
- Connect the electrical connector to the fuel pump.
- Connect the electrical connector to the Continuous Variable Valve Lift (CVVL) temperature sensor.
- Install and tighten the 2 ground bolts.
  Torque : 9 Nm
- Connect the 4 electrical connectors to the CVVL solenoids.
- Connect the electrical connector to the CMP.
- Install the 2 wiring harness clips.
- Connect the purge valve electrical connector.
- Connect the purge valve pressure sensor electrical connector.
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Connect the electrical connector to the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP).
- Connect the electrical connector to the oil pump control solenoid.
- Install the 3 wiring harness bracket clips.
- Connect the electrical connector to the piston cooling jet solenoid.
- Connect the electrical connector to the cylinder block temperature sensor.
- Connect the electrical connector to the knock sensor.
Install the thermostat.

Install the intake manifold.
Refer to: INTAKE MANIFOLD .
- Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the coolant pump.
- Install the wiring harness clip.
- Install the 2 wiring harness bracket clips.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector to the Air Conditioning (AC) compressor.
- Connect the generator in-line connector.
- Install the 3 wiring harness clips.
- Install and tighten the nut.
  Torque : 10 Nm
Fill and bleed the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
Install the engine undershield.
Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
