Brake Hose (G2469700): Installation

  1. Install and tighten the brake hose to the brake caliper.

    Torque  : 35 Nm 

  2. CAUTION: Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted and is correctly located.
    • Install the brake hose to the subframe bracket.
    • Install and tighten the nut.

      Torque  : 10 Nm 

  3. CAUTION: Make sure that the brake hose is not twisted and is correctly located.
    • Install the brake hose into the body bracket.
    • Install the brake hose clip.
  4. Tighten the brake hose union.

    Torque  : 15.5 Nm 

    • Reposition the wiring harness bracket in the correct location.
    • Install and tighten the bolt.

      Torque  : 10 Nm 

  6. Bleed the brake caliper.

    Refer to: BRAKE SYSTEM PRESSURE BLEEDING - VEHICLES WITH: MHEV/NON-ELECTRIC VEHICLES .

  7. Install the rear wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: REAR WHEEL ARCH LINER .

  8. Install the wheel and tire.

    Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE .
