Brake Caliper - Vehicles With: PHEV (G2740565): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that a new flexible brake hose assembly is installed.
- Install the new brake hose.
  Renew Part: Brake hose Quantity: 1 .
- Secure the 2 clips.
- Connect the brake pipe union.
  Torque : 15.5 Nm
- Install the brake caliper.
- Install and tighten the brake caliper guide pins.
  Torque : 35 Nm
- Connect the brake hose to the brake caliper.
  Torque : 35 Nm
- Connect and secure the brake pad wear sensor to the brake pad.
- Install the front wheel arch inner moulding.
- Secure the 2 clips.
- Secure the 2 retainers.
- Secure the 3 grommets.
- Secure the 2 wiring harnesses to the 2 clips.
Bleed the brake system.

Install the wheel and tire assembly.
Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE .
Use the JLR approved diagnostic equipment to deactivate the Integrated Power Brake assembly mode.
