Yes: Using the "Heated Windshield Permissible Failures" section a fault was found with the windshield and must be replaced.
No: Inform the customer that fault was not found or has been deemed permissible based on the evidence. No replacement windshield is offered to the customer. If the customer does not accept these findings, ask the customer to provide evidence of the fault either photographic or through demonstration.

- Diagnosing a fault with the heated windshield
To correctly diagnose a fault with the heated windshield operation the "Heated Windshield Inspection Procedure" must be followed (found below the pinpoint tests) to determine if a replacement windshield is required.
Yes: The "Heated Windshield Inspection Procedure" was followed and a fault was found, the windshield must be replaced.
No: The "Heated Windshield Inspection Procedure" was followed and no fault was found or has been deemed permissible based on the evidence. No replacement windshield is offered to the customer. If the customer does not accept these findings, ask the customer to provide evidence of the fault either photographic or through demonstration.
