Secondary Bulkhead Center Panel (G2319908): Installation

The following step(s) applies to: 

All vehicles 

1. Courtesy of JAGUAR LAND ROVER NORTH AMERICA, LLC

   Install the secondary bulkhead center panel.

2. Install the 2 wiring harness connectors to the 2 clips.
3. Install the 2 wiring harness clips.
4. • Install the bracket.
   • Install and tighten the 3 bolts.

     Torque  : 7 Nm 

   • Install and tighten the 2 nuts.

     Torque  : 4.1 Nm 

5. Install and tighten the 3 bolts to the secondary bulkhead center panel.

   Torque  : 7 Nm 

6. • Install the noise, vibration and harshness material.
   • Install and tighten the 5 nuts.
7. Install the 2 clips to the cowl panel.

   The following step(s) applies to: 

   Vehicles with petrol engine 

8. Install the engine compartment cross brace.

   Refer to: ENGINE COMPARTMENT CROSS BRACE .

   The following step(s) applies to: 

   All vehicles 

9. Install the air filter housing outlet pipe.

   Refer to: AIR FILTER HOUSING OUTLET PIPE .
