Hood Latch Panel (G2308355): Installation

The following step(s) applies to:

All vehicles

NOTE: Only perform this step if previously removed.
- Install the hood latches.
- Secure the 4 clips.
- Install the hood release cable.
- Install the hood release cable.
- Secure the 2 clips.
- Install the hood latch panel.
- Install the hood release cable.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Install and tighten the 12 bolts.
  Torque
  
  M8 bolts: 24 Nm
  
  M6 bolts: 10 Nm
- Connect the hood release cable.
- Install and tighten the 3 active grille air shutter screws.
  Torque : 2 Nm
- Install the 2 clips.
Install and tighten the air filter housing bolt.
Torque : 9 Nm
Install the cooling module wiring harness clip.
The following step(s) applies to:

Plug in hybrid electric vehicles only
- Reposition the PHEV battery cooling system expansion tank.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 9 Nm
The following step(s) applies to:

All vehicles
Install the radiator grille.
