Fender (G2309377): Installation

NOTE:
- Make sure that the clips are correctly located.
- Only do the following step(s) if the component was previously removed.
Install the fender upper molding.
CAUTION: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

- Install the fender.
- Install the 3 bolts.
CAUTION: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

Install the 2 bolts.
CAUTION: Only tighten the nut finger tight at this stage.

Install the nut.
CAUTION: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

Install the 2 nuts.

Align the fender gaps as illustrated.

- Tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm

- Tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm

- Tighten the nut.
  Torque : 10 Nm
CAUTION: Only tighten the bolts finger-tight at this stage.

Install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 8 Nm

- Install the baffle plate.
- Install the clip.
Install the windshield washer reservoir.
Refer to: WINDSHIELD WASHER RESERVOIR .
Install the fender molding.
Refer to: FENDER MOLDING .
Install the front bumper.
Refer to: FRONT BUMPER .
