GLOVEBOX (G2300725): Installation

  1. NOTE: Only do the following steps if a new component is to be installed.
    • Install the glovebox lamp switch.
    • Secure the 6 plastic retainers.
  2. NOTE: Only do the following steps if a new component is to be installed.
    • Install the HVAC Control Module (HVAC).
    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Install and tighten the 3 bolts.

      Torque  : 5 Nm 

    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Install the glovebox.
    • Install and tighten the 8 bolts.

      Torque  : 6 Nm 

    • Install the section panel.
    • Secure the 2 plastic retainers.
  5. Close the glovebox.
    • Install the passenger side footwell trim panel.
    • Secure the 3 clips.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 8 Nm 

  7. Install the upper Interactive Control Display Module (ICDM).

    Refer to: UPPER INTERACTIVE CONTROL DISPLAY MODULE .

  8. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT .
