Low Pressure Fuel Pump Assembly (G2767507): Removal

- Release the pressure in the fuel system.
Refer to: FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE .
- Drain the fuel tank.
Refer to: FUEL TANK DRAINING .
Disconnect the 2 electrical connectors.

Remove the 2 fuel pipes.

WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping fuel.
Using the special tool release the retaining ring.
Special Tool(s): 310-123

WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping fuel.
Disconnect the lower electrical connector.

WARNING: The spilling of fuel is unavoidable during this operation. Make sure that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent fire and explosion.
- Remove the in tank pipe.
Remove and discard the O-ring seal.
