Low Pressure Fuel Pump Assembly (G2767507): Installation

  1. CAUTION: Make sure that the seal is correctly positioned. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the vehicle.

    Install a new O-ring seal.

    Renew Part: Fuel pump O-ring seal Quantity: 1  .

    • Install the Fuel Pump into the fuel tank.
    • Install the in tank pipe.
  3. Connect the lower electrical connector.
  4. Using the special tool install the retaining ring.

    Special Tool(s): 310-123 

  5. Install the 2 fuel pipes.
  6. Connect the 2 electrical connectors.
  7. Install the fuel tank cover.
  8. Fill the fuel tank.
