Oil Pump - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol - PHEV (G2204123): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

NOTE: Only carry out this step if previously removed.

Install the oil pick-up pipe and tighten the bolts to the correct torque.

Torque : 12Nm
- Install the oil pump and the 5 retaining bolts.
  Torque : 25Nm
- Secure the wiring harness in the correct position.
Install the oil pump electrical connector to the correct position and secure the wiring harness to the retaining clip.
Connect the oil pump electrical connector.
Install the oil pump chain.

Power Up the High Voltage (HV) system. Only technicians qualified to EVAP level are allowed to perform this procedure. It is mandated that all technicians involved with the steps in this procedure have read and understood the Electric Vehicle Safety Rules.
