Oil Pump - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G1997945): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. NOTE: Only carry out this step if previously removed.

    Install the oil pick-up pipe and tighten the bolts to the correct torque.

    Torque  : 12Nm 

    • Install the oil pump and the 5 retaining bolts.

      Torque  : 25Nm 

    • Secure the wiring harness in the correct position.
  3. Install the oil pump electrical connector to the correct position and secure the wiring harness to the retaining clip.
  4. Connect the oil pump electrical connector.
  5. Install the oil pump chain.

    Refer to: OIL PUMP CHAIN .

  6. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
