Left Engine Mount - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G2173211): Installation

- Install the engine mount.
- Install and tighten 4 new engine mounting to subframe bolts.
Renew Part: Engine mounting bracket to subframe bolts Quantity: 4 .
Torque : 32Nm
- Lower the vehicle jack until the bracket rests on the engine mounting.
General Equipment: Trolley jack
- Install and tighten a new engine mount bracket to engine mount nut.
Renew Part: Engine mount to engine mount bracket nut Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 124Nm
- Remove the hydraulic jack from under the vehicle.
General Equipment: Hydraulic floor jacks (2 tonnes minimum capacity)
- Connect the vacuum pipe to the engine mounting.
- Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe.

- Install the engine undershield.

Power Up the High Voltage (HV) system. Only technicians qualified to EVAP level are allowed to perform this procedure. It is mandated that all technicians involved with the steps in this procedure have read and understood the Electric Vehicle Safety Rules.
