Crankshaft Pulley - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G2173059): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that the component is correctly located on the dowel.

- Install the crankshaft pulley.
  Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1630
- Install the crankshaft pulley special tool.

Before installing the new crankshaft damper bolts check the length of the thread as shown in the illustration. The new bolts must be 48mm in length.
CAUTION:
- Tighten the bolts in a diagonal sequence.
- Install new bolts.
- Install the 4 crankshaft pulley retaining bolts.
  Renew Part: Crankshaft pulley bolts Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque
  
  Stage 1: 37Nm
  
  Stage 2: 90°
Remove the crankshaft pulley special tool.
Install the accessory drive belt.
Refer to: ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL .
Connect the startup battery ground lead.
Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
