An accumulation of paint which gathers to form a thickened fold, often accompanied by individual tear-like runs or a sagging drapery of runs.

Rectification Process

- Permissible exception does not require a repair so should be passed as CA.
- Repair any not permissible exceptions by polishing, or flatting and polishing.
