Upper GLOVEBOX (G2162294): Installation

  1. Install the 12V accessory socket.
    • Install the glovebox latch.
    • Install and tighten the 3 screws.
    • Install the glovebox lamp.
    • Install the electrical connector.
    • Install the glovebox switch.
    • Install and tighten the 3 screws.
    • Install the digital disc player.
    • Install and tighten the 4 screws.
    • Install the electrical connector.
    • Install the clip.
    • Connect the 6 electrical connectors.
    • Install the upper glovebox.
    • Install and tighten the 5 screws.
  7. Install the cover.
  8. NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
    • Install the instrument panel veneer trim panel.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
  9. NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
    • Install the passenger side register assembly.
    • Install and tighten the 2 screws.
  10. NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.

    Install the passenger side instrument panel end trim panel.

  11. CAUTION: Passengers side only.

    Install the floor console front side panel.

  12. NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.

    Install the touchscreen trim cover.

  13. Close the upper glovebox.
  14. NOTE: Make sure that all the clips are correctly installed.
    • Install the instrument panel end trim panel.
    • Install the door weatherstrip.
