Diagnostic Module Tank Leakage Pump (G2340248): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
    • Install the Diagnostic Module Tank Leakage (DMTL) pump to the DMTL bracket.
    • Install and tighten the 3 screws.

      Torque  : 1.8Nm 

    • Install the DMTL pump and evaporative emission canister bracket to the evaporative emission canister.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 4.5Nm 

    • Install the 2 vacuum hoses to the DMTL pump.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 4.5Nm 

    • Connect the vacuum hoses to the evaporative emission canister.
    • Install the evaporative emission canister.
    • Install and tighten the 2 nuts.

      Torque  : 9Nm 

    • Install and tighten the bolt.

      Torque  : 9Nm 

    • Install the vacuum hose to the DMTL filter.
    • Connect the electrical connector and install the wiring harness.
  6. Install the left rear wheel arch liner.

    Refer to: REAR FENDER SPLASH SHIELD .

  7. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
