Radiator (G2202189): Installation

    • Install the radiator.
    • Install the 2 lower radiator mounts and the 2 retaining screws.

      Torque  : 15 Nm 

  2. Install the 2 retaining screws and the radiator.

    Torque  : 4.5 Nm 

    • Install the 2 cooling module locking pins to the 2 radiator top mounts.
  4. Secure the 2 retaining clips and the 2 lower radiator cooling hoses.
  5. Install the cooling fan motor and shroud.

    Refer to: ELECTRIC COOLING FAN AND SHROUD .

  6. Install the retaining bolt to the cooling fan shroud.

    Torque  : 8 Nm 

  7. Fill the cooling system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .

  8. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD .
