Engine Coolant Degas Separator (G3185707): Installation

  1. Install the coolant degas separator.

    Torque  : 12 Nm 

  2. Connect the 2 lower coolant hoses.
  3. CAUTION: Inspect the seals and renew the components if damaged or worn.

    Connect the 3 upper coolant hoses.

  4. Install the secondary bulkhead center panel.

    Refer to: SECONDARY BULKHEAD CENTER PANEL - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL .

  5. Fill the engine coolant system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
