Electric Cooling Fan And Shroud (G2206792): Installation

- CAUTION: Care must be taken to avoid damaging the surrounding components.
  
  Install the cooling fan motor and shroud.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 7 Nm
Install the 2 lower coolant hose clips.
- Connect the 3 cooling fan motor electrical connectors.
- Install the 2 harness clips.
- Install and tighten the Air Conditioning (A/C) pipe bracket bolt.
  Torque : 7 Nm
- Install the radiator upper coolant hose.
- Install the coolant hose and hose clamp.
- Install the clip.
- Install the expansion tank coolant hose.
- Install the clip.
- Connect the 2 radiator upper coolant hoses.
- Install the clips.
- Install the 3 front access covers.
- Install the 4 clips.
- Install the 2 bolts.
Connect the radiator lower coolant hose temperature sensor.
- Reposition the automatic transmission fluid cooler.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 7 Nm
Install the charge air radiator coolant pump.
Refer to: CHARGE AIR RADIATOR COOLANT PUMP .
Install the intake air resonator.
Refer to: INTAKE AIR RESONATOR .
Vacuum fill the engine cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: SPECIFICATIONS .
