Radiator (G1947913): Installation
- Only carry out this step if previously removed.
- Install the condenser onto the radiator assembly.
- Only carry out this step if previously removed.
- Install the brackets.

- Only carry out this step if previously removed.
- Install the cooling fan onto the radiator assembly.

CAUTION: Always protect the cooling pack elements to prevent accidental damage.
Install the radiator assembly.

CAUTION: Always protect the cooling pack elements to prevent accidental damage.
Install the radiator assembly into the shroud and secure with the six clips.
Torque : 15 Nm
- CAUTION: Install a new O-ring seal.
Install the air conditioning pipe onto the condenser.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 8 Nm
- CAUTION: Install a new O-ring seal.
Install the air conditioning pipe onto the condenser.
Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 8 Nm
- Lower the coolant expansion tank.
- Position the coolant expansion tank in the correct location and secure with the bolt.
Torque : 3 Nm

CAUTION: Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.
Install the coolant pipe.

NOTE: If equipped.
Connect the electrical connector.
Install the air duct.
- Install the cooling fan shroud.
Refer to: COOLING FAN SHROUD .
- Install the front bumper.
Refer to: FRONT BUMPER .
- Vacuum fill the cooling system.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING .
- Charge the air conditioning (A/C) system.
Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING .
