Brake Caliper - Vehicles With: 365 Mm Brake Disc (G2312488): Installation

Install the Electric Park Brake (EPB) actuator.

Renew Part: Electric park brake actuator fitting kit Quantity: 1 .

Torque : 12 Nm

- Install the brake caliper.
- Install the 2 retaining bolts.
  Torque : 35 Nm
- Connect the EPB.

- Install a new brake hose.
  Renew Part: Brake hose Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque : 16 Nm
- Install the retaining bolt.
  Torque : 16 Nm

Install the banjo bolt.

Torque : 32 Nm
NOTE: Right hand side only.

Install the brake pad wear sensor.
Bleed the brake system.
Refer to: BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING FIXED CALIPER .
Install the wheel and tire.
Refer to: WHEEL AND TIRE (G2469592)
Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostics equipment, calibrate the EPB.
General Equipment: Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment
NOTE: This step is only required if the diagnostic equipment is not available.

Deactivate the service mode function of the EPB.
