Brake Booster - LHD (G1977389): Installation

Install the brake booster.
CAUTION:
- Do not use excessive force to move the component. Make sure that all fixings are fully installed.
- Care must be taken not to damage the brake pipe during this step.
Install the brake pipes.
CAUTION: Before installing the component, make sure the surrounding area is clean and dry to prevent contamination entering the brake vacuum system.

Install the brake vacuum pressure sensor.
Connect the electrical connector.
CAUTION: Make sure that new nuts are installed.

- Install and tighten the 4 nuts in the sequence illustrated.
  Renew Part: Brake pedal mounting nut(s) Quantity: 4 .
  
  Torque : 25 Nm
CAUTION: Wait 30 minutes from previous step before checking the torque.

Check the torque of the 4 nuts.

Torque : 25 Nm
Install the retaining pin.
Connect the interior light electrical connector.
Install the drivers side closing trim panel.
Install the brake master cylinder.

Install the powertrain control module (PCM).

Install the left side secondary bulkhead panel.
