Brake Pedal And Bracket (G1605599): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that new nuts are installed.

- Install the brake pedal assembly.
- Install and tighten the 4 nuts in the sequence illustrated.
  Renew Part: Brake pedal mounting nut(s) Quantity: 4 .
  
  Torque : 25 Nm

Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

Torque : 25 Nm
CAUTION: Wait 30 minutes from previous step before checking the torque.

Check the torque of the 4 nuts.

Torque : 25 Nm

CAUTION:
- The brake pedal MUST NOT be depressed during this operation. Failure to follow this instruction will result in damage to the stop lamp switch.
- Make sure that excessive force is not used when installing the stop lamp switch. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the stop lamp switch.
