- Daytime running lamps working as specified or within system limitations
- Car configuration file mismatch with vehicle specification
- Daytime running lamps circuit short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance
- Headlamp internal failure

NOTE:
After updating the car configuration file, set the ignition to on and wait 30 seconds before clearing the DTC

- For a detailed description of the daytime running lamps, refer to the relevant Description and Operation article
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment, inspect and up-date the car configuration file as necessary. Clear the DTC
and retest
- Refer to the electrical circuit diagrams and inspect the daytime running lamps circuit for short circuit to ground, short circuit to power, open circuit, high resistance. Repair the circuit as necessary
- Install a new headlamp
