- Vehicle Conditions to Enable DTC Setting Strategy
- Make sure that the vehicle has a fuel level between 15 and 85%
- Ambient temperature is between 32°F and 95°F
- Using the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment complete "small leak test"
- Prioritized Checks to Perform
- Refer to the relevant service information and check the evaporative emissions system for leaks
- Check the installation of the fuel cap. Rectify as necessary
- Check the integrity of the fuel cap seal. Rectify as necessary
