Intake Manifold - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol - PHEV (G2748114): Installation

NOTE: Steps 1-2 are only required if previously removed.

- Install a new throttle body gasket.
  Renew Part: Throttle body gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the throttle body.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts in the illustrated sequence.
  Torque : 12 Nm
- Install a new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: Manifold absolute pressure sensor O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
- Install the MAPT .
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 5 Nm
Install 4 new intake manifold seals.
Renew Part: Intake manifold seals Quantity: 4 .
NOTE: The bolts are captive.

- Install the intake manifold.
- Install, but do not fully tighten the bolts as illustrated.
- Tighten the 7 bolts in the sequence illustrated.
  Torque : 12 Nm
Connect the coolant hose to the thermostat.
- Reposition the oil level gauge into the correct location.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 8 Nm
Connect the charge air cooler outlet pipe to the throttle body.
Torque : 7 Nm
- Connect the electrical connector to the throttle body.
- Install the clip.
- Connect the electrical connector to the MAPT .
- Connect the electrical connector to the knock sensor.
- Install the 2 clips.
- Install the coolant pipe.
- Install and tighten the 3 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the 3 coolant hoses to the coolant pipe.
- Reposition the vacuum pipe into the correct location.
- Install the clip.
- Install the purge valve assembly.
- Connect the fuel vapor pipe to the intake manifold.
- Connect the fuel vapor pipe to the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
- Connect the fuel vapor pipe to the purge valve.
- Install the 2 clips.
- Connect the electrical connector to the purge valve.
- Install the coolant hose.
- Connect the coolant hose to the thermostat housing.
- Install the coolant pipe.
- Install and tighten the 2 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Connect the coolant hose to the coolant pipe.
Connect the coolant hose.
- Install the breather pipe.
- Connect the breather pipe.
- Install the NVH material.
- Install the 2 fasteners.
- Install the clip.
- Install the 2 clips.
- Connect the 2 fuel lines.
Install the secondary bulkhead center panel.

Remove the engine cover.
Refer to: ENGINE COVER - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL
Vacuum fill the cooling system.

Power Up the HV system. Only technicians qualified to EVAP level or higher are allowed to perform this procedure. It is mandated that all technicians involved with the steps in this procedure have read and understood the EV Safety Rules.
