Cooling Module - [+] Non-Electric Vehicles (G2344642): Installation

- Install the cooling module wiring harness.
- Secure the 10 clips.
WARNING: This step requires the aid of another technician.
- Install the 2 radiator upper mounts.
- With assistance, install the cooling module.
- Install the 2 cooling module lower mounts.
- Install and tighten the 2 screws.
  Torque : 15 Nm
- Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
- Secure the clip.
- Install the charge air cooler coolant pump.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 9 Nm
- Secure the clip.
- Connect the electrical connector to the charge air cooler coolant pump.
- Install the ATF cooler.
- Install and tighten the bolt.
  Torque : 9 Nm
Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
CAUTION: Make sure that new O-ring seals are installed.

NOTE: Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil.
- Install the 2 new O-ring seals.
  Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal Quantity: 2 .
- Install the A/C pipe.
- Install and tighten the nut.
  Torque : 20 Nm
- Connect the coolant hose.
Secure the 2 clips.
CAUTION: Make sure that new O-ring seals are installed.

NOTE: Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean refrigerant oil.
- Install the 3 new O-ring seals.
  Renew Part: Air conditioning pipe to condenser O-ring seal Quantity: 3 .
- Install the 2 A/C pipes.
- Install and tighten the 2 nuts.
  Torque : 20 Nm
Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
Connect the 3 coolant hoses.
Install the hood latch panel.

Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.

Recharge the A/C system.
Refer to: AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM RECOVERY, EVACUATION AND CHARGING
Connect the 12 V system.
