Charge Air Radiator Coolant Pump (G2415250): Installation

  1. NOTE: This step is not required if the component is removed for access only.

    Install the charge air radiator coolant pump to the bracket.

    • Install the charge air radiator coolant pump and bracket to the cooling fan shroud.
    • Install and tighten the bolt.

      Torque  : 7 Nm 

    • Connect the electrical connector.
    • Connect the 2 coolant hoses.
    • Install the 2 hose clamps.
    • Remove the 2 hose clamp tools.
    • Reposition the coolant hose into the correct location.
    • Install the clip.
  5. Install the engine undershield.
