Transfer Case Front Output Seal - INGENIUM I6 3.0L Diesel (G3140222): Installation

- Clean the transfer case front output flange.
- Inspect the transfer case flange and circlip, replace if damaged or worn.
CAUTION: Make sure that the mating face is clean and free of foreign material.

Clean and inspect the transfer case front output seal mating face where illustrated.
CAUTION: The oil seals must be installed dry.

Use the special tools to install the new transfer case front output seal.

Special Tool(s): 307-520 , JLR-307-710
CAUTION: Make sure that the output flange is installed correctly by pulling the flange gently to make sure it is engaged.

Install the transfer case front output flange.
Install the front driveshaft.
Refer to: FRONT DRIVESHAFT
Fill the transfer case.
