Oil Pump - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol (G2344482): Installation

  1. NOTE: This step is only required if previously removed.
    • Install the oil pump inlet pipe.
    • Install and tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque  : 12 Nm 

    • Install the oil pump.
    • Install and tighten the 4 oil pump bolts.

      Torque  : 25 Nm 

    • Install and tighten the oil pump intake pipe bolt.

      Torque  : 12 Nm 

    • Install the wiring harness to the 4 clips.
    • Connect the electrical connector.
  4. Install the oil pump chain.

    Refer to: OIL PUMP DRIVE CHAIN - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL 

  5. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
