Electric Thermostat (G2417536): Installation

- Install the new O-ring seal.
  Renew Part: Thermostat housing seal(s) Quantity: 1 .
- Install the electric thermostat.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 12 Nm
Connect the 2 electrical connectors to the electric thermostat.
Connect the engine coolant lower hose to the electric thermostat.
- Connect the engine coolant front hose to the electric thermostat.
- Secure the 2 clips.
- Install and connect the purge valve pipe on both sides.
- Secure the 2 clips.
- Secure the 2 clips.
- Install the engine coolant rear hose.
CAUTION: Make sure that the clips are correctly located.
- Install the engine coolant upper hose.
- Secure the clip.
- Install the Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) pad.
- Install the 2 clips.
- Install the fastener.
Install the left secondary bulkhead panel.

Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.
Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING
Install the engine cover.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
