Coolant Pump (G2423931): Installation

    • Install the coolant pump.
    • Install and tighten the 6 bolts.

      Torque  : 12 Nm 

    • Secure the wiring harness clip.
    • Connect the 3 electrical connectors.
    • Install the coolant pump pulley.
    • Install but do not fully tighten the 3 bolts at this stage.
  4. Install the accessory drive belt.

    Refer to: ACCESSORY DRIVE BELT - INGENIUM I4 2.0L PETROL

  5. Fully tighten the 3 coolant pump pulley bolts.

    Torque  : 25 Nm 

  6. Install the clean air duct.

    Refer to: AIR FILTER OUTLET PIPE

  7. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT

  8. Fill the engine cooling system with the correct amount of coolant fluid.
