Charge Air Radiator Coolant Pump (G2415250): Removal
NOTE:

- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

- Remove the engine undershield.
Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD
- Release the clip.
- Reposition the coolant hose away from the charge air radiator coolant pump.

WARNING: Be prepared to collect escaping coolant.
- Use a suitable hose clamp tool to clamp the upper coolant hose.
- Use a suitable hose clamp tool to clamp the lower coolant hose.
- Release the 2 hose clamps.
- Disconnect the 2 coolant hoses.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.

NOTE: Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
- Remove the bolt.
- Release the charge air radiator coolant pump bracket from the cooling fan shroud.
- Remove the charge air radiator coolant pump and bracket.
Remove the charge air radiator coolant pump from the bracket.
