Block Heater (G2344459): Installation

- Install the new gasket supplied with the new block heater.
- Finger tighten the block heater a minimum of 3 rotations before final tightening.
- Use the special tool to tighten the block heater.
  Special Tool(s): JLR-303-1675
  
  Torque : 55 Nm
Connect the electrical connector to the block heater.
Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe.

Install the secondary bulkhead left panel.

Connect the startup battery ground cable.
Refer to: 12V SYSTEM DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
Vacuum fill the cooling system.
