Transfer Case Oil Drain, Flush And Refill (G2718595): Flushing
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post ramp.

- NOTE: Re-use the fill and drain plug washers for the first drain and refill of the transfer case oil.
Drain and refill the transfer case oil.

Renew Part: Twin speed transfer case oil Quantity: 1.5 litres . Part Number: IYK500010
- Lower the vehicle off the ramp.
- Complete a vehicle road test, the road test should include maneuvering the vehicle around corners and roundabouts in both high and low range drive where possible.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post ramp.

- Drain and refill the transfer case oil.

- Lower the vehicle off the ramp.
- Complete a vehicle road test to confirm the customer symptom has now gone.
