Lower Arm - [+] MHEV (G2339894): Installation

- Install the lower arm.
- Install and tighten the new nuts and bolts.
  Renew Part: Rear lower arm to subframe nut and bolt Quantity: 2 .
  
  Torque
  
  Lower arm front bush to subframe nut and bolt
  
  Stage 1: 40 Nm
  
  Stage 2: 180°
  
  Lower arm rear bush to subframe nut and bolt
  
  Stage 1: 60 Nm
  
  Stage 2: 180°
Install and tighten the new lower arm to wheel knuckle nut and bolt.
Renew Part: Rear lower arm to knuckle nut and bolt Quantity: 1 .

Torque

Stage 1: 100 Nm

Stage 2: 180°
Install the air spring to the lower arm.
Install and tighten the new integral link nut and the bolt.
Renew Part: Integral link nuts and bolts Quantity: 1 .

Torque

Stage 1: 50 Nm

Stage 2: 180°
- Install the stabilizer bar link.
- Install and tighten the new nut.
  Renew Part: Stabilizer bar link lower nut Quantity: 1 .
  
  Torque : 185 Nm
Connect the suspension height sensor link.
Install the fuel tank.

Use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to partially pressurize the air suspension system.

Install the rear wheel and tire.

Lower the vehicle to the floor.
Use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to pressurize the air suspension system.
