Wheel Knuckle (G1509293): Installation
- CAUTION:
- Nuts and bolts must be tightened with vehicle at normal ride height.
- Make sure that new nuts are installed.
Renew Part: Ball joint nut(s) Quantity: 2 .
Torque : 290 Nm

CAUTION: The lower arm ball joint can be damaged by excessive articulation. The wheel knuckle must be fully supported at all times. Do not allow the wheel knuckle to hang on the lower arm. Failure to follow this instruction will result in damage to vehicle.
Using the special tools, pull the halfshaft in to the wheel hub.
Renew Part: Front suspension upper arm ball joint to knuckle nut and bolt Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 70 Nm
- CAUTION: Install a new locknut.
Renew Part: Tie-rod end nut Quantity: 1 .
Torque : 140 Nm
Torque : 10 Nm
Torque : 35 Nm
- CAUTION:
- Make sure that the brake hose does not support the full weight of the brake caliper assembly.
- LH side: Do not allow the brake caliper to hang on the brake pad wear warning sensor lead.
NOTE: Make sure that new bolts are installed.Renew Part: Brake caliper carrier bolt(s) Quantity: 2 .
Torque
Stage 1: 133 Nm
Stage 2: 60°
Torque : 10 Nm
Torque : 10 Nm

CAUTION: Do not use air tools to install the halfshaft nut.NOTE: Apply the brake pedal during the removal and installation of the half shaft retaining nut.
Install the old halfshaft retaining nut.
Torque : 290 Nm

CAUTION: Do not use air tools to install the halfshaft nut.NOTE: Apply the brake pedal during the removal and installation of the half shaft retaining nut.
Remove and discard the halfshaft retaining nut.
- CAUTION: Do not use air tools to install the halfshaft nut.NOTE: Apply the brake pedal during the removal and installation of the half shaft retaining nut.
Install a new halfshaft retaining nut.
Renew Part: Front halfshaft nut Quantity: 1 .
Torque
Stage 1: 120 Nm
Stage 2: 60°
