Right Upper Arm (G1605919): Removal
CAUTION:
Nuts and bolts must be tightened with vehicle at normal ride height.
NOTE:

The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles
- Before replacing the right upper arm, make sure to have followed the diagnosis and testing procedure.
Refer to: SUSPENSION ARMS
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING
- Remove the right air filter housing.

- Remove the front right wheel and tire.

The following step(s) applies to:
Vehicles with fuel fired booster heater
- Remove the Fuel Fired Booster Heater (FFBH).
Refer to: FUEL FIRED BOOSTER HEATER
The following step(s) applies to:
All vehicles
- Use the Jaguar Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment to depressurize the air suspension system.
Release the height sensor.
Remove and discard the knuckle to upper arm nut and bolt.

Use the special tool to release the upper arm.
Special Tool(s): JLR-204-803
Remove the upper arm front nut.
Remove the upper arm rear nut.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Remove the upper arm.
