Front Stabilizer Bar - Vehicles Without: Dynamic Response (G2327437): Removal
NOTE:

- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: JACKING AND LIFTING
- Remove both front fender splash shields.
Refer to: FENDER SPLASH SHIELD
- Remove the air suspension spring assembly.
Refer to: SHOCK ABSORBER AND SPRING ASSEMBLY

NOTE: Repeat this step for the other side.
Disconnect both front stabilizer bar links from the stabilizer bar.
Remove the 4 stabilizer bar bolts.
- Remove the 2 bolts.
- Release the brake hose bracket from the wheel knuckle.

NOTE: Repeat this step for the other side.
- Support the wheel knuckle using a suitable hydraulic stand.
- Remove and discard the front upper control arm nut and bolt.
- Release the upper arm from the wheel knuckle.

CAUTION: Do not allow the brake hose to stretch.
Lower the front wheel knuckle to gain access to the front stabilizer bar.
General Equipment: Transmission jack

- Rotate the front stabilizer bar.
- Remove the front stabilizer bar.
