Power Roof Opening Panel Initialization (G1999297): Activation
NOTE:
Roof opening panel blind/roof opening panel glass initialization will be lost if the battery is disconnected, or if the roof opening panel blind/roof opening panel glass motor power supply is interrupted whilst the roof opening panel blind/roof opening panel glass is in motion.
- Start the engine.
- The roof opening panel and roof opening panel blind system must be in the closed position.

NOTE: Vehicles equipped with Opening Panel roofs:
- Press the roof opening panel close switch for approximately 20 seconds until the roof opening panel blind actuates forwards and then rearwards approximately 5mm.
- Release the roof opening panel close switch and then re-press the roof opening panel close switch again within 5 seconds and keep pressed until the following sequence has completed.
- The roof opening panel blind opens fully.
- The roof opening panel opens fully.
- The roof opening panel closes fully.
- The roof opening panel blind closes fully.

NOTE: Vehicles equipped with Fixed Glass Roof:
- Press the roof opening panel blind close switch for approximately 20 seconds until the roof opening panel blind actuates forwards and then rearwards approximately 5mm.
- Release the roof opening panel blind close switch and then re-press the roof opening panel blind close switch again within 5 seconds and keep pressed until the following sequence has completed.
- The roof opening panel blind opens fully.
- The roof opening panel blind closes fully.
- Release the roof opening panel or roof opening panel blind close switch, roof is now fully initialized.
- Test the operation of the roof opening panel, if the one touch and anti-trap functions are inoperative repeat step one to five.
