Lower Arm - [+] Air Suspension (G2167014): Removal
CAUTION:
The suspension arm nuts and bolts must be tightened with the suspension in arms in the normal ride position. Failure to follow this instruction may result in premature failure of the bush.
NOTE:

- This procedure contains illustrations showing certain components removed to provide extra clarity.
- Before replacing the lower arm, make sure to have followed the diagnosis and testing procedure.

- Using Land Rover approved diagnostic equipment depressurize the rear spring.
- Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.

- Remove the wheel and tire.

NOTE: Vehicles without Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV).
Remove the fuel tank.

Disconnect the suspension height sensor link.

CAUTION: Use a wrench on the hexagon provided to prevent the ball joint rotating.
- Disconnect the stabilizer bar link.
- Discard the nut.
- Disconnect the integral link.
- Discard the nut and bolt.
- Disconnect the wheel knuckle.
- Discard the nut and bolt.
Remove the heatshield.
- Disconnect the lower arm.
- Discard the nut and bolt.
- Disconnect the air spring.
- Remove the lower arm.
- Discard the nut and bolt.
