Fuel Pump Driver Module
The Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) is attached to a bracket and secured by 2 nuts. The bracket is secured to the inner side of the rear right side member reinforcement panel.
The FPDM controls the operation of the fuel pump module. The FPDM is controlled by the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) through a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal.
The FPDM has a switched power supply from the fuel pump module relay which is located in the Rear Junction Box (RJB).
The following conditions energizes the fuel pump relay:
- Opening the driver door
- Operating the ignition switch
- Operating the ignition with brake.
