Turbocharger Oil Supply Tube (G2132923): Installation

  1. NOTE: Install new O-ring seals.

    Install the turbocharger oil supply tube.

    Renew Part: Turbocharger oil supply tube to engine O-ring seal(s) Quantity: 1 . 

  2. CAUTION: Install new sealing washers.

    Connect the turbocharger oil supply tube to the right turbocharger.

    Renew Part: Turbocharger oil supply tube to turbocharger sealing washers Quantity: 1 . 

  3. CAUTION: Install new sealing washers.

    Connect the turbocharger oil supply tube to the left turbocharger.

    Renew Part: Turbocharger oil supply tube to turbocharger sealing washers Quantity: 1 . 

    Torque  : 30 Nm 

  4. CAUTION: Install new nuts, bolt and gaskets.

    Install the exhaust manifold crossover pipe.

    Renew Part: Exhaust manifold cross-over pipe nuts and bolts Quantity: 1 . 

    Renew Part: Exhaust manifold cross-over pipe gaskets Quantity: 1 . 

    Torque  : 23 Nm 

  5. Install the automatic transmission.

    Refer to: TRANSMISSION - TDV6 3.0L DIESEL

  6. Install the right Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve.

    Refer to: RIGHT EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION VALVE

  7. Connect the startup battery ground cable.

    Refer to: STARTUP BATTERY DISCONNECT AND CONNECT
