Turbocharger Bypass Valve (G2131203): Installation

CAUTION: Make sure that the auxiliary coolant pump hose clamp aligned in a way that it cannot make contact with the charge air cooler inlet hose. Failure to follow this instruction may cause damage to the vehicle.

- Check the charge air cooler inlet hose for damage. If the component damaged, replace it.
- Rotate the auxiliary coolant pump hose clamp out of the charge air cooler inlet hose contact area.

- Install the turbocharger bypass valve.
- Install and tighten the 4 bolts.
  Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the vacuum line.

Connect the 2 air outlet pipes.

- Connect the 2 bypass valve pipes.
- Connect the electrical connector.
Install the engine undershield.
