Electric Park Brake Actuator (G2131602): Removal

Connect the diagnostic tool and set the Electric Park Brake (EPB) to the maintenance position.
NOTE: This step is only required if the diagnostic tool is not available.

Activate the service mode function of the Electric Park Brake (EPB).

Refer to: ELECTRIC PARK BRAKE SERVICE MODE ACTIVATION AND DEACTIVATION
Raise and support the vehicle on a suitable 2 post lift.
Refer to: LIFTING
Disconnect the electrical connector.

- Remove the bolts.
- Remove the EPB actuator.
  Renew Part: Electric park brake actuator O-ring seal Quantity: 1 .
