Oil Pan (G1913732): Installation

CAUTION: Inspect the O-ring seal and replace if damaged or worn.
Install the oil level sensor.
Torque : 10 Nm

CAUTION: Inspect the O-ring seal and replace if damaged or worn.
Install the oil strainer.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the baffle plate.
Torque : 10 Nm

CAUTION: Installation of the oil pan and tightening must be carried out within 7 minutes of applying the sealant.
Apply an 8 mm bead of sealant to the cylinder block in the areas shown.
- Install a new oil pan gasket.
Renew Part: Oil pan gasket Quantity: 1 .
- Install the oil pan.

Stage 1: 4 Nm
Stage 2: 23 Nm
M6
Stage 1: 4 Nm
Stage 2: 10 Nm
- Install the 3 transmission retaining bolts.
Torque : 48 Nm
- Install the left side turbo support bracket.
Torque : 24 Nm
- Connect the wiring harness and the oil drain tube.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Install breather the tube.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the wiring harness.
Torque : 10 Nm
- Install the generator.
Torque : 47 Nm
- Install the transmission fluid cooler tubes.
Torque : 12 Nm
- Install the air conditioning (A/C) compressor.
Torque : 25 Nm
- Install the left side air intake pipe.
Torque : 8 Nm
- Install the accessory drive belt.

- Install the turbo bypass valve.

- Install the front differential case.

- Install to halfshaft support bracket.

- Install the starter motor.

- Connect the startup battery ground cable.

- Fill the engine oil.
