Coolant Pump - Charge Air Cooler (G2132748): Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. NOTE: This step is only required if previously removed.

    Install the charge air cooler coolant pump bracket onto the pump assembly

  2. Install the charge air cooler coolant pump and bracket.

    Torque  : 7 Nm 

  3. Install the upper charge air cooler coolant pump hose.
  4. Install the lower charge air cooler coolant pump hose.
  5. Connect the charge air cooler coolant pump electrical connector.
  6. Fill the coolant system.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM PARTIAL DRAINING AND VACUUM FILLING 

  7. Install the engine undershield.

    Refer to: ENGINE UNDERSHIELD
